Delete your data & account.

Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your personal data and account directly from the Ilm app:

1. Log in to your Ilm account:

   Open the Ilm app on your device and sign in using your registered email address and password.

2. Navigate to your profile:

   Once you are logged in, find the bottom navigation bar and tap on the Profile icon.

3. Select “Delete Account”:

   On your Profile screen, look for a link labeled Delete Account (or Delete My Information) to start the account deletion process.

4. Confirm deletion:

   Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request. Once confirmed, your Ilm account and all associated data will be removed from our system.
